Belfast gets the Bullitt

Last week we were invited to take a look around the Beannchor Group’s newest addition to Belfast’s Hospitality sector – the 4-star Bullitt Hotel. With the final countdown just beginning, it was great to see what the newest hotel on the block has to offer!

The rooms come in 3 sizes, ranging from the Dinky, Comfy and Roomy. They are cleverly designed to offer exactly what visitors need. 43 fabulous bedrooms will offer a cosy king-size bed (no matter which size of room you choose!), refreshing rain showers and super-fast Wi-Fi. So even if it’s just a bed you need for the night, you’re sure to get the best one here.

Eventually capacity will increase to 90 bedrooms along with luxurious apartments for those wishing to stay a little longer; but the Roof Terrace is what we’re excited about! It will be the biggest open-air terrace available in Belfast with room for 150 people – a dramatic 3000sq ft. With views across the city we know it will be the perfect event space and can’t wait to hire it!

However, the biggest pull for Bullitt is that it’s not just a hotel, it’s a place to socialise and enjoy the exceptional range of food and drink. With 1 restaurant, 3 bars and 1 espresso bar, guests and locals will be spoilt for choice.

‘Taylor and Clay’ is the 68-seater restaurant which will be at the heart of Bullitt. It will boast its own unique Asador Grill – perfect for creating flavoursome steaks and seafood dishes. Then there’s the Bullitt Bar offering a hand-picked selection of cocktails, beers and it’s very own ‘Bullitt Brew!’

Baltic, is Northern Irelands first ever, and aptly named ski-themed bar. Offering tasty bar snacks, coffee and beers with an eclectic mix of music, it is sure to create a cool and calm atmosphere after the hustle and bustle of the city.

Throughout the development of Bullitt Hotel it is apparent that no matter if you’re a guest at the hotel, or a local wanting a taste in the state-of-the-art Espresso Bar, they want you to stick around. And why wouldn’t you? With quirky events like ‘Drink and Draw’ and coffee tastings with chocolate, Bullitt has thought of everything.

We haven’t even mentioned the dedicated meeting space - ‘The Good Room’ – with its self-contained kitchenette and Smeg fridge. We are looking forward to booking this room for clients which can hold up to 50 people.

Each space has been designed uniquely and caters to different groups. Everything that anyone could need, from a short business trip, or a longer leisure stay, is offered in one ‘no nonsense’ package! With its strong focus on hand-picked locally produced food; the quirky and collaborative events; and quality service, there is so much to indulge in, and we look forward to checking our clients in to this fantastic, and much needed hotel.
